What tour options are available at the Cassissium?
The Cassissium offers 3 tour options and 1 workshop :
  • Cassissium visit (museum, film, guided tour, tasting)
  • Cassis Experience Tour (museum, film, guided tour, tasting, cocktail reception, local sweet and savoury specialities)

  • Cocktail Experience Tour (tour, mixology presentation, cocktail making)
  • Cocktail workshop (every 1st Friday of the month, 7pm) introduction to mixology, quiz on spirits and cocktails, making 2 cocktails, team cocktail challenge, appetisers
What are the opening times?
The Cassissium is open 7/7 from April to October (10.30am-1pm/2pm-7pm) and from Tuesday to Saturday from November to March (10.30am-1pm/2.30pm-5pm - 6pm on Saturdays and during school holidays).
Do I need to book a visit?
Yes, booking is strongly recommended for guided tours and workshops, especially in high season.
Can I get into the shop without taking the tour?
Of course, the shop remains open to everyone during our opening hours. You can also participate to a tating without taking the tour.
Is the site accessible to people with disabilities?
Yes, the Cassissium has the "Tourism & Handicap" label and is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Can children take part in the tour?
Yes, children are welcome and can enjoy a tasting of syrups during the visit.
Are pets allowed?
The Cassissium offers a tour of a food facility, so animals are not allowed in this area, but they can be kept at the reception desk with our team during the visit.
What methods of payment are accepted for the visit?
We accept payment by credit card or cash. You can also use Google Pay or Apple Pay if you book online.
