Located in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Le Cassissium sits at the heart of a region steeped in history, nestled among the area’s renowned vineyards. A symbol of Burgundy, the blackcurrant is a widely consumed and beloved fruit, particularly in the form of crème de cassis.
Le Cassissium is a museum entirely dedicated to this little black gem, with the aim of showcasing it in all its forms. The production facility of Maison Vedrenne, a crème de cassis producer located nearby, is open to the public and forms an integral part of the tour.
